Positive team news for trip to Dundalk

There are no injury worries for Pat Devlin to ponder as his side make their way to Oriel Park for his sides clash with Dundalk F.C. on Friday night.

Shane O' Connor who has been missing since the start of the season, played in Bray's defeat to St. Patricks C.Y. in the Leinster Senior Cup on Monday and came through with no ill affects and is added to the travelling party. Also added to the squad is Adam Mitchell who has been missing since suffering a head injury against Drogheda Ud.


Speaking after his sides win over Bohemian F.C. last Friday Bray's Director of Football Pat Devlin said,he was happy to get the three points. he said " They were a valuable three points to get on the board although we have played better and lost."

Looking ahead to the trip North, Devlin said " It's a difficult assignment against Dundalk at Oriel Park but hopefully we can get a result".


********* Bray are unbeaten in their last five League visits to Oriel Park.

********* Both meetings last season at the venue ended in draws, while in 2010 Bray won on both their visits to Oriel Park.

******** Of the last ten meetings between the sides Bray have the edge winning four times to Dundalk's two wins with four games drawn.

********** Dean Zambra has scored Bray's last two goals against Dundalk netting in the 2-2 draw at Oriel Park last August and scored the only goal of the game when the sides met at the Carlisle Grounds in the final game of the 2011 season.

********* If John Mulroy plays on Friday night it will be his 100th. League appearance for the Seagulls.
